We offer delivery from Monday to Friday 1 to 3 pm, with free delivery available for orders over $120 within 10 km of our Greenacres location.

How to Place a Delivery Order

When sending us a message, please include:

• The seafood you would like to order

• Quantity required

• Preferred delivery date

• Your full delivery address

• Your contact number

• Whether you would like your fish cleaned and gutted

Our team will confirm stock availability, pricing, delivery options and the estimated delivery time.

Seafood Cleaning and Preparation

Live fish can be cleaned and gutted before delivery upon request, making it easier for you to prepare and cook at home.

All other live seafood will be delivered live to maintain freshness and quality.

Please note: we can provide cleaning services for live crabs and lobsters upon request, however we recommend keeping them live until cooking for optimal freshness.

Delivery Area

Free delivery is available for orders over $120 within 10 km of our Greenacres store.

Orders under $120 or addresses outside our free delivery area may still be possible with a delivery fee. Please message us with your order details and delivery address, and we will confirm whether delivery is available.
